Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) helps keep Circuit safe and lawful.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

  • Illegal content or activity.
  • Adult content and services: nudity, sexually explicit content or acts, pornography, or adult audio/video live chat, including subscriber-only, paid, or tipped adult content. Circuit is not an adult-content platform and prohibits the upload, streaming, distribution, and monetization of such material.
  • Child sexual abuse material.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or doxxing.
  • Violent extremism: content that engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates unlawful violence, or hate speech or credible threats of violence toward any group or individual based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other protected or immutable characteristic.
  • Hate, harassment, or credible threats of violence.
  • Intellectual property, proprietary rights, copyright, or trademark infringement (including leaked or pirated music, film, or other works).
  • Scams, deceptive practices, or impersonation.
  • Malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or unauthorized access.
  • Excessive automated requests, scraping without permission, or rate-limit evasion.
  • Evasion or circumvention of moderation or access controls.
  • Illegal gambling, drug sales, weapons trafficking, or similar unlawful commerce.

3. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts. Repeat infringers are subject to termination.

4. Appeals

You may appeal moderation actions by emailing admin@gocircuit.tv within 14 days. Include your account email, the affected content link, and a short explanation.
